Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At AFOKOSKIN we stand behind every product we make. Our formulations are developed with intention, rooted in African botanical tradition, and manufactured to the highest standard. We want you to feel confident in every purchase — especially your first one.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first AFOKOSKIN order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or store credit. We believe in our products and we want you to experience the results our community has been talking about.
To request a resolution under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Email hello@afokoskin.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief description of your experience
- We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps
First orders only. One per customer.
Returns
For the safety and hygiene of all our customers we're unable to accept returns on skincare products. This is standard practice across the skincare industry. We encourage you to review the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies. Our complete ingredient lists are available on every product page — and if you have questions about whether a product is right for your skin, reach out to us before you order. We're happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective we want to make it right. Please contact us at hello@afokoskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
We'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please allow 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive. If it still hasn't shown up after that window contact us at hello@afokoskin.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at hello@afokoskin.com immediately after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate requests made before fulfillment begins — but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Skincare is personal and results vary from person to person. While we're proud of the results our community experiences — and our reviews reflect that — individual outcomes depend on skin type, consistency of use, and other factors outside our control.
